Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Do my guests need to create an account?
No. Each guest gets a personal link that opens their invitation. From there they reply without downloading anything or choosing a password.
How are invitations sent?
With either plan you copy each guest's personal link and share it by WhatsApp or however you like. With Complete + email we also email every invitation, one by one or all at once. In both you can see when each invitation was opened.
My list is already in a spreadsheet. Can I import it?
Yes. Download the Excel template, fill in your guests and upload it. Households, children and partners sort themselves out.
What if a guest changes their mind?
They can go back to their link and change their reply whenever they want. When something really changes, you get an email with a summary.
Who can see my wedding website?
You choose. It can be public for anyone with the link, or private, just for you until you decide to publish it.
Which languages is the invitation in?
The invitation, the site and the emails are available in Spanish, Catalan and English. Each wedding has one language and everything goes out in it. What you write yourself, like your story or place names, is shown as written.
How does payment work?
It is a one-off payment per wedding, depending on the plan you choose. There is no subscription and no monthly fees.
